PlasticSurgery.org Redesign

Worked on implementing a new design for our website, including both content and application services pages. Rewrote CMS content pages in ASP.NET MVC. Substantially improved performance by backing static resources with CloudFront distributions. Added IP-based geolocation feature to show nearby members, augmenting our existing HTML5 Geolocation API-based service.
